COURSE OVERVIEW

Corporate leaders and outstanding performers are not defined by their IQ or even their job skills, but by their Emotional Intelligence: a set of competencies that distinguishes how people manage feelings, interact and communicate. Unlike IQ, Emotional Intelligence Quotient (EQ) continues to develop with life experiences. Understanding and raising your Emotional Intelligence is essential to your success and leadership potential. Leadership is a significant part of the answer to whatever challenges our organisations may face. Furthermore, there is no doubt that good leadership is the most important factor in organizational success.

This training course will enable delegates to appreciate that their daily encounters are shaped not just by their rational judgement and personal history, but are largely influenced by their perceptions and expectations. Delegates will be given skills and knowledge to apply EQ in the workplace to enhance their teamwork. This training course will help participants define and implement their vision for themselves, their team and their organisation. Working from an initial understanding of their own capabilities, motivators and resources, it will build an action plan for moving themselves and those around them towards a shared perception of the future, able to respond positively to an ever-changing world.

This 10-day Advanced Emotional Intelligence & Leadership Masterclass training course consists of two modules which can be taken as a 10 Day Training course, or as individual, 5 Day courses

TRAINING METHODOLOGY

Our highly practical experiential learning method is results-oriented; based on an adult learning concept. Designed as an intensive training, and knowledge sharing exercise, where group work and role play facilitates learning. Through a set of lectures and practice exercises, delegates will be introduced to the advanced knowledge of Leadership Development & EQ. Participants will learn by active participation, discussions, video materials. Practical cases and examples illustrate the variety of current practices and build leadership capabilities & Emotional Intelligence Quotient for delegates.

Pre & Post course assessments will be used to measure the effectiveness of this training and measure the skill and ability of participants.
